2.443 Patch: New Free Location Update: Lake Toya

NEW FREE LOCATION UPDATE: LAKE TOYA 

 

Hello Blooming Anglers,

Spring has come to our office in Korea, and we wanted to share this lovely weather with all of you with a warmer new location in Japan free.

The new location added is Lake Toya.

This wonderful place is located in a national park in Japan, and it is popular for its hot springs surrounding Mount Usu, and all the outdoors activities you can do there, such as: fishing, hiking and camping.

This location has been added to the base game in the Japan free section. It is a freshwater location where you can fish while being on your freshwater boat.

We hope that no matter where you are, you get to travel with us through the seasons in Japan.

Note:

- There are no new fish added to this location. Only fish that can be caught in Japan Part 1 and 2.

- Your license level in this Japan Free Locations will be matched with Japan Part 1 DLC.

Make sure to update the game to the latest version: 2.443


The Return of the Golden Catfish Event

This event-limited fish will be back in a 2 weeks event, and it can be fished from the Event location in the middle of the map.

Update Details:

• Lake Toya added as a Japan Free location.
• A new freshwater boat added to the shop: Cormorant Fishing Boat.
• The Return of the Golden Catfish Event has started.
• Epic Season: South Korea Event has ended.
• Some minor bugs have been fixed.

We had a Livestream event where we revealed a coupon code to receive a limited-event saltwater rod and reel. (unbreakable)
